Builder warrants to Future Buyers that this home includes a Two-Year “Builder’s Warranty” effective the date of settlement. Also certain manufactures warranties continue beyond the year.

The Windemere Homes “Builders Two-Year Warranty’, in consort with the Buyers basic upkeep and maintenance, is meant to stand behind this home and give our Buyer’s added confidence that the major elements of the structure and finishes will remain functional and durable as the Builder intended and as our customer would expect after the intensive inspection process by City, County and State agencies which lead to a Certificate of Occupancy.
