“We closed in June of this year and absolutely love our beautiful home. we had an excellent experience working with the staff - even through changes and delays. Since closing we have had just a few issues but the office has been attentive in having the proper contracts come and fix the issues. We are very happy that we kept looking until we found Windemere and would recommend save the time and just come to their office first.”

"This is our 3rd new built home and our Windemere home has been the best. Windemere allowed us to customize the home to add a walk in pantry, re-design the kitchen, add an office, and fully enclose the lanai so we had more air conditioned living space.
Quality has been exceptional for the price we paid. Sure, we had a nice list of corrections on our walk thru list but all were taken care of rapidly. Many times Michael Mauro, owner, was on site checking on the progress. Several times Michael and Mark Haines made recommendations that I had not thought of. All of them were invaluable so we did not have any regrets after completion.

This is our second new home ( the first was out of state), and this build was trouble free. WIndemere office staff and Construction Supervisor went out of their way to please us and we are grateful.
